How to start using a VM ?

The virtual machine services are available in the advanced mode of WEkEO.

To switch from the “Essential” to the “Advanced” mode:

  • Connect to your WEkEO account, then click on “Dashboard”;

  • At the bottom of the page, click the “Upgrade Plan” button. Choose a plan size on the list. To know more about the configuration of each plan, follow this link: https://www.wekeo.eu/pricing

  • Enter some information on the intended use of the VM, click “Submit Request”;

  • Then, the WEkEO Support will contact you shortly after, to let you know about the trial period and the allocated tenant;

  • Finally, you will be able to create instances of the VM by following the Guides and Support resources available on the WEkEO portal.
