WEkEO, besides having a unique data catalogue and a one-of-a-kind platform design, is the only one among all DIAS-ses to offer a highly qualified User Support Service, given the experience of implementation partners such as EUMETSAT, ECMWF, Mercator International and specialised Contractors.

WEkEO's User Support Service is operated by experts who can handle all types of requests, from ICT problems to image processing library installation and code debugging, or detailed insight into the data structure, applications etc.

The Help Desk is organised in two levels:

  • Level 1 agents who interact directly with users;

  • Level 2 agents who can be called upon for requests requiring more in-depth expertise.

The User Support Service maintains an updated FAQ section to provide answers to frequently asked questions. The User Support Service also develops all support material produced exclusively for WEkEO, such as the YouTube page, the GitHub, etc.
