Registration and subscriptions

Creating your WEkEO account

Start by clicking on the Register link in the header.

This will open the registration form. Fill in all mandatory fields and choose among the Essential (free) and Advanced (premium) plans. In case you opt for the Advanced Plan, please provide the additional required information.

Read the terms and conditions and privacy policy and tick the acceptance checkboxes.

Enter the captcha code and click on Create WEkEO account. Upon successful completion, you will be able to log in to the WEkEO platform.

Changing your plan

Here are the steps you can follow in order to change your WEkEO plan (Essential or Advanced).

1. Log in to the WEkEO web portal.
2. Navigate to the Dashboard > Profile section.
3. In the Subscription plan section, choose the desired plan: either Essential (free) or Advanced (premium).
4. If you choose the Advanced plan, specify the plan size and other required information. Click on Submit Request

You will receive a confirmation email that your request has been received correctly and is being processed. When upgrading to the Advanced Plan, a few days may elapse until your tenant is ready.
