WEkEO webinar - Monitoring Land Use

Context

Mercator Ocean International, ECMWF, EUMETSAT and the EEA are organising a 2-day workshop focusing on the use of Earth Observation data in monitoring land use & land use change. The workshop focuses on the study of agricultural, forest and urban areas. It comprises an initial session introducing the service, presentation of testimonies and a practical session, focusing on the use of Copernicus products accessible within WEkEO.

The event will include:

• An introduction of the Copernicus WEkEO DIAS and its catalogue of products
• A live demonstration of the WEkEO data viewer
• Brief tutorial explanation and discussion
